Patrick Demspey was officially named People's Sexiest Man Alive, but prepping for his big photoshoot was a two man-job, headed largely by his wife Jillian Dempsey. At 57-years-old, we’re all curious as to how McDreamy himself stays looking so youthful and handsome, and luckily for us, Jillian took to TikTok to share Patrick’s pre-shoot skin-care routine, and we’re taking notes.
Patrick Dempsey’s Skin-Care Routine: Jillian Tells All
While the Grey’s Anatomy leading man sits in a production chair, Jillian begins by taking her brand’s Gold Bar ($195), which she calls “a gua sha on steroids,” and glides the tool over the Jillian Dempsey Eye Mask ($75) which are placed delicately under the star’s eyes. She then sprays Patrick’s face with Bradley Beauty Anti-Aging Saging Facial Mist ($75), claiming that the product is so effective that he “just lost 10 years right there” with one spritz.

After fluffing up her hubby’s hair with a quick blow dry, Jillian takes the Jillian Dempsey Roomie Hair Pomade ($34) and palms it through Patrick’s salt-and-pepper hair, solidifying the star’s iconic, tousled look. Dempsey finished up the look by touching up Patrick’s skin with her brand’s Spot Stick Concealer ($32) in shades 05 and 08, after applying Vertra’s Invisible Face SPF 45 ($21) for some UV protection.
